We are only limited by your imagination and your budget! We talk with the client to get a feel of what they are looking for, what the event is, and about how much they can afford to spend. Then, working within those guidelines, our creative chef comes up with a few suggestions tailored specifically for that client. The end result is a happy customer who gets exactly what they want at a price they can afford.
Not all food fits all occasions. For example, one would not serve the same food at a sit-down dinner party as they would at a stand-up backyard Bar-B-Q (we've done both).
